I'm 32 year old man, always believed in if you have an issue, fix it yourself. Strong strong belief in that that of thinking and still am. Going through these counseling sessions with Pallavi really helped me understand myself at depth, why I do certain things the way I do them, why I think and act the certain ways I do and most crucially, how to manage myself so I can start building the life I know I can. Pallavi opened doors within my own my mind that have remained shut for I'd say 25 years.. lots of un-addressed childhood trauma that actually makes a HUGE impact on adult life and how you move. Dealing with it gives you a slight confidence and inspirational boost in overall thinking and performance of establishing a healthy, productive and hopefully, peaceful life.
